School Wide Positive Behaviour Support - SWPBS

Blackburn South, where OGPS is located, was developed into a suburban area replacing fruit orchards… so apples were the chosen fruit to represent the whole school ‘core’ values as well as the complimentary SWPBS values - Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be a Learner.

The graphics created for this program needed to be fun and bright to get students excited and to keep them engaged.

A range of colourful illustrations were designed to display around the school and used within the classrooms. Artwork was created for A3 and large format posters, matrix documents, social posts, apple ‘tokens’ and student rewards.

School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) is a framework that brings together school communities to develop positive, safe, supportive learning cultures. SWPBS assists schools to improve social, emotional, behavioural and academic outcomes for children and young people.

KIND
WORDS

Orchard Grove Primary School had the pleasure of collaborating with Di on the creation and design of displays for our School Wide Positive Behaviour Support initiative. From our initial basic idea, Di produced a cohesive collection of stunning graphic designs that are sure to leave a lasting impression within our school. Di’s dedication and creativity truly exceeded our expectations, and her work will undoubtedly elevate the impact of our program. We wholeheartedly recommend Di; her contributions went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
